Now Hiring - Junior Sales Associate in Grove City, OH

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Salesperson to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our hardware asset management services to new and existing clients. Hardware Asset Management is the process of tracking, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of hardware assets, such as computers, servers, and other electronic devices. This process includes inventory management, software, and hardware upgrades, warranty and licensing management, and end-of-life asset disposition. Our hardware asset management services help our clients to optimize the value of their hardware investments, improve IT operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. No previous experience in the field of hardware asset management is required as we will provide training for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand the client's needs and match them with the appropriate products and services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
• Attend trade shows and other industry events
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hardware asset management industry (but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
